While Resident Evil 2 Remake was our most optimized PC game of 2019, Resident Evil 3 Remake falls in number 7. This was one of the best remakes we’ve seen to date, and everything in the game looks on par with what you’d expect to see in a modern-day/current-gen title. This remake was built from the ground up, uses the Mafia 3 Engine, and runs better than Mafia 3. The game can scale on more than four CPU cores/threads, even though it’s still using the DX11 API, and can run smoothly on a wide range of GPUs. Mafia Definitive Edition looks and runs great on the PC. Thankfully, though, there is a workaround via which you can unlock the framerate.
The only downside here is that by default the game is locked at 60fps. CyberConnect2 has implemented proper mouse and keyboard controls, and we did not experience any crashes or frame pacing issues. Thanks to its “anime-like” art style, the game also looks great. Powered by Unreal Engine 4, this game can run smoothly on a huge range of GPUs and CPUs. 9) Dragon Ball Z: Kakarotĭragon Ball Z Kakarot was a pleasant surprise. So, while the game looks and runs great, it does not really bring anything new to the table. Obviously, Codemasters re-used a lot of assets. I’m pretty sure that there are minor differences, however, the game does not pack any major graphical improvements. The only reason F1 2020 is not higher in the list, is because it looks almost the same as F1 2019. The game does not require a high-end PC system, and there are a few graphics settings via which you can improve performance.
